These are my tips that have helped me on my weight loss journey so far. :)
~ cut out dairy
~ create the habit of snacking on carrot sticks, almonds and berries (when needed)
~ eat a light breakfast each morning like oats with fruit and/or nuts.
~ green tea and coffee (black or with plant milk) are great for the metabolism
~ avoid crazy diets
~ eat enough protein (lentils, chickpeas, beans and tofu)
~ eat plenty of vegetables
~ drink more than x2 litres of water a day (everyone could do with more water tbh)
~ set a time that you can’t eat after in the evening to avoid late night snacking (which is a huge cause of weight gain)
~ get enough rest (7-8 hours)
~ workout daily
~ workout with weights; honestly they will help tone your body so much and they create a calorie deficit for your body so you burn more fat and it increases your metabolism.
~ don’t skip cardio

Training really hard for legs and a body like this ๐ช๐ป
My Fav Foods:
My Diet Plan:
Plant Based & Lactose Free
Lower Calorie (1000-2000)
Eat more natural protein
Salads
- ones with pumpkin are usually my go to bc pumpkin is full of iron
- light homemade dressings, very little to no oil
- usually lots of variety using roasted vegetables, nuts, fruit, dried fruit, beans, dressings
Fruits
Nuts (perfect post gym snack)
Oats
- with a little bit of organic honey or 1/2tsp coconut sugar
Almond Milk Iced Coffee
- I just buy mine from the shops (Califa XX Espresso) and drink the whole bottle and it’s still less than 300 calories
Foods I can’t have(v rarely):
Sugar
- it’s honestly the devil
Breads
- except on the occasion which is when I will have multigrain or sourdough
Pasta
- have zucchini, carrot, pumpkin or sweet potato pasta instead
Fake Meat
- most of it is chemicals but some aren’t, just be picky with your selection
- I love love love vegan nuggets but they aren’t the best for you, they make a nice treat though
Fake Cheese
- most are coconut oil or oil solids, they are full of bad fat and empty calories.
- opt out for cashew and nut cheeses at vegan specialty stores (my favourite is nutsy cheese from South Brisbane for my Aussie babes)
Other Notes:
Make sure to to take vitamins daily including magnesium, iron, B vitamins, zinc, prebiotic and any others you may need.
I get most of my salads on Pinterest
- low calorie salad recipes
- vegan salad recipe
- vegan “insert fav veggie” salad recipe
I plan on doing some diet meal replacement shakes, I found a good vegan one by CelebritySlim
- will update on here
Eat enough
Have healthy snacks
Have plenty of water and herbal teas, black coffee is also allowed
These are just my fav meals and notes
- there are plenty of super healthy recipes out there if you don’t make friends with salad
- again I get most of my recipes off Pinterest and sometimes here
Have a treat meal once a week
- also mix up weekly meals to keep it fresh
This is my diet which has been working so well for me
- may not be everyone’s cup of tea, if you need a little bit of dairy or meat, please adjust but keep your options lighter on your tummy
- good luck angels x

Dieting Truth
A calorie deficit diet will leave you tired no matter what, so rest up.
